Parking

The University of South Florida offers a variety of parking options for students, faculty, and staff. Permits are required to park on campus, and the cost of a permit varies depending on the type of permit and the location of the parking space. There are several different types of parking permits available, including:

  • Resident permits
  • Commuter permits
  • Faculty/staff permits
  • Visitor permits
  • Permits can be purchased online or at the Parking and Transportation Services office. Students can also purchase a parking pass that allows them to park in any student parking lot on campus. Faculty and staff can purchase a parking pass that allows them to park in any faculty/staff parking lot on campus. Visitors can purchase a visitor parking pass that allows them to park in any visitor parking lot on campus.

    Transportation

    The University of South Florida offers a variety of transportation services for students, faculty, and staff. These services include:

  • Bull Runner: a free shuttle bus service that operates on campus
  • USF Connect: a vanpool service that provides transportation to and from campus from various locations in the Tampa Bay area
  • Zipcar: a car-sharing service that allows students, faculty, and staff to rent cars on an hourly or daily basis
